Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, downloading, or playing Bobcos, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts for disputes arising from these Terms, unless local law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create a Bobcos account. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or guardian.

If you are in the EU/EEA, you must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) in accordance with GDPR.

3. Account Responsibilities

• Maintain the security of your account and password
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use

4. Game Conduct

• Follow our community guidelines and treat all players with respect
• Do not use cheats, exploits, hacks, bots, or automated software
• Do not engage in harassment, hate speech, or toxic behaviour
• Do not impersonate other players, staff, or entities
• Do not exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantage
• Do not engage in real-money trading (RMT) outside official features

5. Virtual Items and Economy

All virtual items, currency, and in-game assets have no real-world monetary value. You do not own these items — you are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use them within the game.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of original content you create within the game. By using the game, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host and distribute your in-game content as part of the service.

7. Moderation and Enforcement

We reserve the right to issue warnings, suspend accounts, remove content, or impose permanent bans at our sole discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

All game code, artwork, music, sounds, logos, and other intellectual property are owned by Phoave and protected by Australian and international copyright laws.

9. Service Availability

Bobcos is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Phoave is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the game.

Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010).

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms with or without prior notice.

12. Dispute Resolution

Contact us first at fernyparadoxs@gmail.com to resolve disputes informally. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the courts of Australia.

EU/EEA players may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Bobcos after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
